What makes Age In Place different?

We are dedicated to being the agency of choice for caregivers. We are and agency of caregivers, for caregivers. We understand how difficult it can be in the field, and we are hear to help our team meet our clients expectations when ever possible. We believe communication is the key, and we value caregiver input.

What advancement opportunities are there?

We are dedicated to promoting from with in. As part of your onboarding experience we will have you come into the office to work so you can peak behind the curtain. We find it helps every one when our caregivers understand exactly what the office staff experiences every day. We also train team leaders for our 24/7 cases!

How do Age in Place contests work?

We believe that caregiving should be rewarding and fun. We run contests on a points system, that rewards team members for the things they do well. Like picking up a missed shift, referring a great caregiver, getting all your paper work in on time. Win all expense paid nights out, weekend get aways and last year we gave a way a bicycle for Christmas!

How do you communicate with the staff?

We believe communication is key! We communicate regularly with our staff. We will contact you after every first and second shift to make sure all your questions are answered. We even have case portals where you can log into and see exactly what is expected. We want to make you experience with us the best it can be. We are Golden Heart Certified!
